Move Your Body!
You don't see people out and about like you used to. We all know why, that's no excuse to just sit around and not do anything. If your physically able, you have move around to stay healthy. We're not saying you have to exercise every day in a gym, although that would be beneficial for you. All were trying to say is, you got to start moving your body around. If you live down the street from the store, walk, don't take the car. Just try walking around the block, hell, go check the mail just to get some sunlight. Point is, you can't play couch commando and expect anything but a regressive effect on your overall health, it's just how life works.
It's understandable that it's not that desirable to go out in public wearing a mask, but it's important to get fresh air in your lungs and vitamin D from the sun. In some cases it can make or break chronic sickness and it will almost always improve the quality of your life. Getting used to staying inside almost all of the time does not have to be your new normal, in fact, it's extremely unnatural and can seriously degrade your health over time.
We urge you to step out of your comfort zone and to do literally anything to start. If you don't have anything to do, just step outside and stay outside for 10-15 minutes. If you drive to anything near your house and your able to safely walk there, go for a walk. If your at risk and you can't leave your house, get active inside and make your living room your work out studio. Get creative, get moving.
